The Power Yoga class will start off with glute, abdominal and shoulder activation. Isolate hip stability and shoulder mobility and then take you through some fun flows to build strength and balance.
The Hatha Class is a gentler option. Still looking to work with strength through yoga, just with a less "power". Connect to the breath and carry it through the practice and off the mat.
Mondays at 8:30-9:30pm EST - Power Yoga
Tuesdays at 6-7pm EST - Hatha Yoga
Wednesdays at 8:30-9:30pm EST - Power Yoga
Saturdays at 10:30-11:30am EST - Power Yoga
