Beginner Yoga Course: Ashtanga Online

Each day will have a follow-along video so that you can jump in and take practice.  There will be at least one more video each day giving detailed information about the new posture we cover for that day.

Once a week we will meet on zoom to go over any questions or concerns that you have as well as practice together Mysore style.

At the end of four weeks, you will have an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Practice, all accessed from your own home.

While this course is geared towards the beginner, there is information to be gained even for someone who has already started exploring the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Method. Feel free to contact me (Anna@KEYstrength.ca) if you are not sure this course will be for you.

Surya Namaskara A and B - Sun Salutations

The first week is all about learning the foundations of the Sun Salutations.  This dynamic sequence will warm up your body, but also highlight foundations that will carry through the rest of your practice.
