Getting on the Wait List will allow you a sneak peak of the course. You will also get access to the first module. So feel free to have a look and please, please watch and follow along The Breath video to start feeling a change in your breathing while practicing yoga.
This course focuses on a daily pre-recorded follow-along video so that you can jump in and take practice at a time of day that works for you. Additional videos will give detailed information about the new posture we cover for that day. Each week will build on the previous week's practice. Regressions and progressions of postures will be given so that you can come as a beginner or gain further understanding if you have already practiced yoga for a while. At the end of four weeks, you will have a complete Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Practice, all accessed from your own home.
Once a week we will meet on zoom to go over any questions or concerns that you have as well as practice together Mysore style.
While this course is geared towards the beginner, there is information to be gained even for someone who has already started exploring the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Method. Feel free to contact me (Anna@KEYstrength.ca) if you are not sure this course is right for you.
