The Ashtanga Vinyasa Method is based on six different series.
We always start with Sun Salutations A and B and then move on to a standing sequence. After that we play with postures in Primary, Second, and Advanced Series. Sometimes I add some fun moves that are not part of the Ashtanga Method at all.
I started teaching Power Flow Classes because Ashtanga is not for everyone.
In these classes I start exploring intentional breathing and then activate the glutes, abdominals, and shoulders. I usually guide you through some sort of scapular mobility and then flows to get moving with strength.
