I have taken a Flow Class and broken it up into 30 short lessons. There are different yoga poses with short videos, as well as longer flows; combining the postures that can be used as short follow-along classes.
From the basic necessities of breathing to how to find strength in more advanced postures. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned practitioner, you will be challenged.
