We meet on Zoom. There are two options how we can work together:
* We chat for a bit about what is happening in our body, then I record a 20-30 minute session that you can use during the week until we meet again.
* I will watch how you move and give you cues on how to enhance your practice. If need be I will demonstrate so that my suggestions are clearly understood for you to incorporate in your practice. After each session, I write comments on what we discussed so that you can review our discussion when you are ready to practice.
Usually students want to meet once a week, but we can set up a schedule that works for you. Send me an email (Anna@KEYstrength.ca) if you would like to meet for a free 15-minute session to see if we are a good fit.
Cost: $150CAN for five 30-minute sessions.
